The company is located in Fangshan District of Beijing, it covers an area of more than 1,000 mu, is the sole partner of German MST company, and also is the sole sales agency of German MST’s all product in China. KLD company is the only constitutor which sets the business standard of grass blanket products in China; KLD company registered 26 items of patents and 20 items of trade marks of 2 major classes in environmental protection grass blanket and related technologies in China. KLD company has established a complete quality management system, and obtained Quality System Certification (GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001) in January 2016. KLD company was named “High-tech Enterprise Certificate” on November 24th, 2015 in Beijing. KLD Erosion Control Grass Blanket production project is selected for Beijing Torch Plan.
KLD erosion control grass blanket using a full set of German MST production equipment and technology take rice and wheat as a substrate, together with high-quality seeds, nutritional agents, special paper, netting, and a variety of materials (depending on usage), complete the process one-time in the large-scale production line. The blanket can withstand water and wind erosion, cure the ground surface, prevent soil erosion, conserve surface water to form a local environment which is needed for plant growth, and it is beneficial for all kinds of grass, vines and shrubs to germinate and grow. KLD erosion control grass blanket successfully applied to road side slope greening in Beijing； ecological restoration of abandoned mines in Fangshan and Mentougou district；ecological bank protection of the ancient Yellow River in Jiangsu Province；and other large ecological projects.
Working with China Association of Soil and Water Conservation, Beijing Forestry University, China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Research Institute and other units, KLD International Seminatural Vegetation (Beijing) Co., Ltd establishes “Research Center of Ecological Restoration of Vegetation” and “Ecological Restoration Demonstration Garden” and other research and technical service. The research center also provides technical guidance and practical experience for desert control, saline control, and embankment slop protection.
Now the company plans to invest 500 million yuan to build ten erosion control grass blanket production lines in China in 3-5 years, each production line has a production capacity of 10 million square meters annually. Currently, six production lines have been put into operations. The strong development of the enterprise comes from its strong comprehensive strength and modern construction of green ecological organic combination. KLD erosion control grass blanket becomes the most effective, cheapest, easiest, the most practical green product in China.
